I would like to know how to hide the Close button, when the logged user or owner, isn´t the responsible of the ticket.

Quisiera saber como ocultar el boton de Cerrar, cuando el usuario logueado No es el responsable del ticket
Parecido al caso anterior, pero que en lugar de mostrar el mensaje, NO se muestre el boton cerrar

Apparently the problem was that the combos contains accents in his values in the companies section.

Puse exactamente esas mismas etiquetas, pero no funciona, no hace la traducción.
Me imagino que habrá que cambiar algo mas en otro lado, pero aun no encontré la forma de hacerlo.
