Das Generic Interface stellt keine Http Basic Auth Authentifizierung zur Verfügung, sondern authentifiziert selber. Du musst dementsprechend Benutzernamen und Passwort als GET Parameter angeben. Oder vorher eine Session erzeugen und dann die SessionID übergeben.

you would need a system which provides to send SMS or other Messages via API. For this you should have deep knowledge on how to use OTRS invokers and also in JSON/Rest based webservices.

Data in the Database Table does not come from the AD and is only local. So you may delete the table content.

Perhaps you can explain what you want to achieve. Abusing the second (which are typically not of any use on tickt processing) for storing additional data seems not to be th best solution.

A Signature field in the incoming (phone) ticket makes no sense at all. Only (outgoing) mails from the system have a signature

Requester / Invoker is the functionality where OTRS sends data to "external" tools. So if you would call an external API to send some data (or retreive data) you have to use such kind of functionality

Dies ermöglicht u.a. ein Rollback (mit Hilfe eines DB Backups) während der Migration. Es steht allerdings nirgends das Du diese alten Verzeichnisse ewig aufheben musst

Normalerweise sind solche Änderungen nicht notwendig. Ich tippe auf ein gewaltiges Problem mit dem Zeichensatz deines AD. Des weiteren solltest Du nich den sAMAccountName sondern lieber dern UserPrincipalName nutzen. "Melden" bzw. Vorschlagen kannst Du solche Änderungen beim Anbieter Deine...
