vielen Dank für deine Hilfe schonmal.
Jetzt funktioniert es wieder. Allerdings wird jetzt ein POP3S: Auth for user failed! geworfen, obwohl das Passwort korrekt ist.
Damit werde ich mich jetzt erstmal beschäftigen.

Hallo, für die Postfächer wird eigentlich POP3s genutzt. Ich habe außerdem den Befehl telnet outlook.office365.com 993/995 auf dem Hostsystem geschossen. I want to call a python function with command line arguments after a ticket is created.
The command line argument should be the ticket ID.

Hey, danke für deine Antwort. Das Problem ist, alle Nachrichten kommen von ein und derselben E-Mail, da die Anfragen von einem Web-Formular kommen! Die Benutzerdaten (E-Mail, Name, etc.) stehen dann im E-Mail Body.

ich versuche gerade die "Optionen: Kundenbenutzer" anzuzeigen, wenn man ein neues Telefonticket erstellt. Leider weiß ich nicht wo man dafür die Rechte anpassen muss. Im Screenshot steht noch mal der genaue Anwendungsfall. Derzeit kann nur der Admin dieses Feld sehen
