I wan to have mails from mail A but sent answers from mail B and after admin book this is not clear for me how to do it

Hi everyone ! How to change sending mail from ticket reply ? We have mail from where we get tickets but we want switch email address for sending answers - it is possible ?

Now both times starts from the moment of a new ticket.
