Hello all,

It seems there was a bug in version 6.5.3. Although I didn't find any mention of it in the changelog, after updating to 6.5.4 and running the following command

bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild --cleanup
time tracking fields in new tickets were restored.

thanks for the info. I was aware about those to field, BUT these fields only refer to LDAP attributes. I have found no way to enter the CustomerID directly. Maybe I'm just missing something?

Hi gob,

you can do this through the search interface. So if you are in a ticket context, not configuration or faq, click on the search symbol in the toolbar. You can configure all the thinks you ask for through filters and save them as a template.

to my knowledge, there is no setting to set the owner automatically.
I think a feasible solution is to use the GenericAgent. You can have the GenericAgent set the owner of the ticket based on time parameters or on ticket events.
