ScriptAlias / "/srv/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/"

this will remove otrs?

we would be happy to remove the whole name

Is it possible to change the name in the url IE

https://xxx/[b]otrs[/b]/customer.pl
https://xxx/[b]otrs[/b]/index.pl

is it just a simple case of changing the folder name?

or will this cause problems?

We would like to add an external Survey link to every closed ticket, I am assuming we can do this from one of the templatess, I have checked templates/Standard/NotificationEvent/Email but I dont seem to see a closed ticket template, could someone let me know the location or the name of the file plea...

Is it possible to remove the Add Article option when you change owner

IE you go to People then Owner, a pop up appears, then all we want to do is put the new owner in then close,

How can we add a .noreply to stop tickets from bouncing back? we have set up notications on many UPS devices, when they hit the help desk we are unable to close the ticket, as OTRS emails back but the .noreply address IE wbp-vs1.noreply@xxx.org.uk doesnt exist. This is causing us issues as we are un...
