I am using OTRS 6.0.30. I have defined the change templates with conditions like- If the 'workorder' state is Approved, then the 'change' state should be set to Approved. but it is not working. Please help

I am using OTRS-6.0.30 and we have disabled the LOCK functionality hence I want to remove 'my locked tickets' and 'Tickets in My Services' from Dashboard Widgets. Could you please help.

How do I restrict the agent/customer access on FAQ groups? I dont want all the agents to create/delete/edit the FAQs.

FAQ groups are not created with FAQ package download in OTRS-6.0.30.

I have downloaded OTRS-6.0.30 and installed FAQ package version 6.0.28. FAQ package should automatically create faq, faq_admin group but I am unable to see them.
