Hallo, hier ist es alles oder nichts.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich die "Beschwerde" verstanden habe, aber mit Ticket::Frontend::ResponseQuoteMaxLines kann man die Länge des Quotes etwas einschränken um die E-Mail-Antworten auz Znuny zu "beschneiden".

It's complicated.

The SLA is usually connected to a level of service purchased.
If a ticket is created on the weekend, it can, as you said, be assigned to the SLA with a different response time.

Recommended: Remove all queue permissions from root@localhost
Just unlock the ticket, and teach users to take control of open tickets
Use the unlock timeout setting in the queue
Use a GA to unlock.

Yeah, this is also a "chicken and egg" situation in the frontend as well. You cannot update the queue on the command line. There is no good solution here, unfortunatnely.

Znuny never assigns anything automatically. They can create an account per default, if activated. Search for CustomerPanelCreateAccount. You will have to then manually assign them to a customer in your system.

You shouldn't need two SMTP out. Just configure the Envelopefrom settings, to reflect the sender address for your SendmailModule::AuthUser. Then you should be able to send out any email address like this.

Sorry, dies ist leider nicht möglich mit Standard Konfiguration. Ein Generic Agent kann helfen. Es kann aber nicht unterscheiden, ob das Ticket geteilt würde oder nicht, nur auf folgendes reagieren.

Hi, there are add-ons on the market for this, if you search. There is not a default way to take care of this. You can make processes for tickets that need special fields. Check out the poll and vote to have process management as a topic, and attend the meeting - to find out more.

You can try <OTRS_OWNER_UserFirstname> <OTRS_OWNER_UserLastname>. If the person who opened the ticket is not the owner, you will have to take other measures to capture that data to a dynamic field.

the restriction is applied to the general catalog item class via a group. Doen your user have 'ro' in the group, then there is no edit, and they cannot create an item of the class.

is the field a hidden field in the activity dialog, or in a transition action, I can assume it's an ACL. In a transition action you can use UserID 1 to override this.
