Znuny and ((OTRS)) Community Edition

Hello,

How it is possible to run multiples instance of Znuny on a single server? The purpose of this will be to separate ticket system for two of my companies. Normally with web apps, I'd just have to create additional Apache sites but with Znuny it seem not working that way.
