Thanks for the fast answer, but sorry, we have > 8000 customers and about 150 services. We can impossibly manage all that manually. What we need is a link between all customers and all services or a link that is created when a new customer logs in or a new service is added.

CreateTicket buttons missing
In the admin and agent interface of my freshly installed znuny 6.0.38 I miss the 3 buttons for opening tickets (normally on the left upper side). create_buttons.png Opening Tickets via Menu (Ticket -> New Phone ticket) works. Configuration has obviously been done automatically in Kernel/Config/Files...
