Bzgl. der Ticket-Suche kannst Du es eingrenzen auf ein bestimmtes Ticket?
Wir haben das auch manchmal. Ist dann aber darauf zurückzuführen, dass die Suche nicht zutreffend war.

Alternativ ist dein Index "defekt"

you want to connect to znuny via REST/WebService API? right?
Or do you connect to DB directly => not recommended
