1) Not sure what you mean by this. OTRS user exists but no home folder exists.
2) Home is set to /opt/otrs

4) selinux is disabled.

Yes, all modules are installed. I have a running instance for our IT Department but Facilities wanted a system so I've spun up another server and am trying to install a fresh instance.

I've double-checked these settings a hundred times. Admin notifications are going. Ticket creation emails are going. I don't know where it's getting that different smtp relay setting when sending queue and owner updates.

It's set to SMTP, not sendmail. That's what is confusing about this.

Ah, didn't see them there. I was browsing the wrong directory. Anyway, they got installed with the core.

The individual packages weren't available matching the current version (6.3.1) but getting the ITSM core installed installed the correct version of those packages. A little different than OTRS was but I'll get the hang. Thanks again.
