I need to write the name and surname of the agent who opened a ticket/workflow into the email notificazion.

I can't find the correct TAG

<OTRS_AGENT_*>???

<OTRS_AGENT_CREATEBY>???

<OTRS_AGENT_CREATE_BY_VALUE> ???

Any other TAG?
