Has anybody been succesfull in setting the Ticket Archive Ticket ?
Older posts don't give me any clue, I have alse done some german reading
Ticket::ArchiveSystem is enabled but the option in the Generic Agent doesn't show up ...
Anybody who can give me a hint ?
