Buongiorno a tutti, mi sono da poco iscritto a questo ottimo Forum.

Lavoro in un'azienda dove usiamo OTRS community edition per la gestione di un piccolo gruppo, gli agenti che lavorano ad OTRS sono al massimo 8/10 per volta.

Avrei necessità di accedere al "timestamp" di ogni singolo login ...
