welche Znuny-Version hast du denn im Einsatz? In 7.0.9 und 7.0.10 wurden nochmals einige Fehler im Frontend behoben.
Ggf. nochmals überprüfen, dass die SysConfig-Option "ModernizeFormFields" in deinem System aktiviert ist

do you have checked the output of the script located in /bin/otrs.CheckModules.pl ?
Have you installed all required perl dependencies in the correct version?
