Access to Queues by Users or Groups is done in the "Admin" Module. Take a look at the Administrator manuals available online.

This error message is usually caused by a disconnect from the requesting system and the server it is trying to get to. If you are behind a firewall or using proxy etc, you may be getting a time out in pickup the packages. You can try to download the package(s) you want from the FTP site locally to y...
