Ok.. New issue, I have an Exchange Online account. I can send SMTP emails fine.. I can also receive POP3S emails - BUT! OTRS is not deleting the emails it POPS from exchange.. IT leaves them then when it polls again, it creates a new ticket, all over again for the same emails.. never deleting the em...

I was able to resolve this..
it was happening to one ticket.. but, I just re-installed OTRS and moved on..

Ok.. I have lets say, 5 Technicians.. Each with their main Queue (Which is there name) then 3 or 4 standard sub queues... How in the world do I force the filter to automatically push an incomming ticket to a Sub-Queue under a specific technician if each tech has standard sub-queues? Example below. Q...

I used the Windows Installer version of OTRS 3.0 Beta 2 - Still no POP3S or SMTPS is available.
Installed on a Windows Server 2008 R2
Is for some reason the SSL perl module not functional yet in 3.0 or just not working on 64 bit Windows OS yet???

based on what I've tried and read, I do not believe CustomerCompany is enabled ... :( I've read that it must be enabled manually and a new SQL field added to a table for it to work / link properly. Also, does anyone know what's coming in v3? Will this be enabled and maybe I should just wait? I'd hate to go through a ton of work to get this running, only to upgrade/redo all the work 3-4 months later...

Cool! Question.. I'm planning on using this system, but on a Windows Server 2003 using the Windows Distro - Is there a way to do this with that distro? Not very familiar with Linux side of things..
