Hi,

How can I do that the tickets order is shown by last worked not by creation age?

Example:

The ticket "A" is created, it goes to the end of the queue.
New tickets "B" enters and obviously goes to the end, while Ticket "A" is not the last anymore.
Th ticket "A" is worked by some user.
