webservice requester error "Can't locate Kernel/GenericInterface/Transport/.pm"

Hi, I'm new to using Znuny. Currently, I'm running the LTS version 6.5.14. I'm having an issue with HTTP::REST. It works fine when the web service is configured as a provider (I imported the GenericTicketConnectorREST as an example), but it doesn't work when the web service is set up as a requester....
