couldn't I use this windows package to install it, and host it on other server that accepts windows installations. after that I can make a hyperlink on my website to the OTRS ...

How to configure my company website to work with OTRS ???

I have installed the system on my machine, I'm reading the documentation files
But, I can't find how to link these two things with each other?? (my company website and OTRS) !!!

I have changed the database name, to my company name
and it worked

what i need now is to configure it with my company website...

I tried to put a password for the root
...
when i removed the password (left it blank)

It comes a new error
when it creating the database

Create Database (2/4)
Creating database 'otrs' utf8: false!
---==> Can't create database 'otrs'; database exists

solved by running the apache2 service and MySQL from services...

I've now another problem...

Error: Can't connect to database, read comment!

I used the win32 package to install OTRS for windows
after installing the package, I starts the web installer from the shortcut icon on the desktop " OTRS Agent-Interface "

its supposed to open [http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl] BUT, the page cannot be found

What is this??
