- To find the invalid value, I ran:
./otrs.Console.pl Admin::Config::FixMissingFrontendFiles

- From the System Configuration web interface, I reset Loader::Customer::CommonJS###000-Framework by clicking the circular arrow.

Ho eseguito l'aggiornamento di znuny dalla versione 6.5.4 alla 6.5.18

Ha funzionato tutto tranne che un messaggio di errore "Warning: Browser not compatible" sulla pagina di apertura del portale cliente.

Indagando per scroprirne la causa ho visto che in
Sysconfig --> Loader ...
