Attempting to configure OTRS 2.4.7 windows to send/receive mails through Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007. Currently using Exchange Server 2007. Any assistance is welcomed as the Admin manual is vague. Thanks

I am still a bit lost as to how to get to "Framework::Core::Sendmail". What does the four seperator dots mean and where can I find Framework?

I am trying to setup My SMTP connection for my otrs installation but dont know how to proceed. I read the manual but dont understand what it is telling me to do. Can someone help me with a step by step instruction set? Thanks.
