I only began to use OTRS 2 days ago, but i had the same problem and couldn't even use PPM because of a missing dll. However I managed to resolve both problems by reinstalling perl. After that POP3S and IMAPS were avaiable and the fetchmail and sendmail functions worked properly. Maybe there's a bett...
