This answer makes sense to me, however I'd like to expand a little.
You might want to create a Service Catalogue outlining all the services you provide.
A sample of my service catalogue:
WAN Support
LAN Support
Email/Exchange
Active Directory
Desktop Support
Patch Management
Anti Virus
IT ...
