Update:

in english language is everything OK, when I switch agent to Czech, it never show visiwig editor. Tha same on "totaly new" instalation 3.0.4 on different PC.

customer = queue

We have for each customer his own queue.

How to set-up customer.pl to see all tictets in 'his' queue (also tickets who come by mail directly to queue)

When I just click "new ticket" page load finish with errorr
