Hi Thank you for link. and solved my problem. I read the link. but I am not able undearstand how the schedular is running, I have centos 6 OS. when I went to run the schedular manually its showing already running. would you guide me how can check the timming of schedule and how can I changed the same.

logged ticket via E-mail

HI

I want to create a ticket via e-mail. Means anybody can created the ticket in any queue via E-mail.
How to do the same.

I have tried the "Postmaster filter Managment" but not got any e-mail in queue.

Please guide for the same.

Presently I have to open the ticket thenafter I come to know that the requested by the ...user. I want that in dashboard , new ticket it show the name of user who requested that ticket.

I am using OTRS 3 , I have created a new company in that I want to apply my company's logos for that in sysconfig I have set the following path skins/Customer/default/img/logo.gif

but when I login with customer Id I am not able to see that logo. so Pls suggest what to do for the same.
