how to get response templates on a new email ticket
When opening a new email ticket the queue is requested. We would like to have a drop down list for the available responses relating to that queue.
Does this exist or is some bespoke software required
thanks for any suggestions

freefield view in dashboard
Is there anyway of viewing the free fields in the dashboard and also in the AgentQueueView. I have played a little with the dtl files with some poor results.
Is there any other way of doing this in configuration.

maintaining freefields as you move from one queue to another
We have set freefields on a ticket and when we move this ticket to another queue the fields are removed.
We use these freefields in a specific manner which aids reporting and searching.
Is there anyway to maintain the content of the freefields when we move queues ?
