Hi Crythias, thanks 4 quick reply.

So do You mean, that the Yes/No notification switches in Preferences (New ticket, Follow up etc.) are connected only with the "basic set" of Notifications, and are not connected with the notifications from Notif. Events?

How to edit or disable the basic set of notification

Hello, I need to configure internal (agent) notifications. The Basic set of Notifications (like en:.agent::New Ticket, en::Agent::Move etc) allows edit only the Subject and the Text of the notification.
