I need to add name('first_name && last_name') search criteria in new phone ticket customer search as well as in normal customer search.
Please help me how to do it..

How could I change the OTRS logo in Header. I have attached a screen shot plz check for which logo I am talking about.

I am using otrs 3.0.5 in winxp
now I want to change the customer list view i want to add some extra column in the list...
Is it possible to change the customer registration field? can i able to use another customer db and accordingly change customer registration form?
