Lo mismo me pasa a mi, pero hay unos archivos de idioma donde puedes cambiar los mensajes en inglés por español o simplemente agregarlos en dependencia del área de la pantalla donde se dispara el mensaje.
Lo malo son los estatus de los tickets, esos siempre deben quedar en inglés.

Yo uso Toad for Mysql. Es gratis y ves las tablas. Puedes administrarla y hacer todo lo necesario para complementar tu gestión con otrs.

I have a project with otrs and need to define my Customer to select only the Tickets Type they can report.
Im figuring out in the way a customer can select queue and automatic appears ticket type or to defined by system config. Its this possible.

Wao.... Do you another example to learn. Becuase depend of the queue i want the user fill two o more fields and this fields need to be save in the database. Its this possible?
