Я тестирую OTRS 3.3.6 (версия Appliance в Hyper-V).
Я настроил услуги и контракты SLA.
Можно ли вставить код в автоматический ответ чтобы напомнить условия SLA (например : дата решения = 2 дня)?
Если ДА, то как можно это сделать?
