hi all,
Daily when i want to log on OTRS by agent account the following message appears :
Message: No Permission to use this fronted module!
so to overcome this problem i log on by ROOT account & reset password for this AGENT so he could log on OTRS
could anyone explain ?

i made customer company which has customers and i want to make for all one service which shared between us

some times i cant access when i want to access by agent and i see message says (insufficient privilege )
so i go to admin area by superuser and change the password for this agent so he can go ...

i want your help in this problem :
The problem is I set up the OTRS 3.0 & i forgot to configure the Exchange Server so i cant receive notifications mails ?
how can i fix this problem without set up the OTRS again .

i tried to close ticket by the owner many times when i put responsible in ticket ..but it didn't work ..... i had to close it by responsible

but if i make that the responsible (supervisor) have to close the ticket......... which i told you before i don't need him to take any action .

what i understood the watch is feature to let another person as (supervisor) to be informed (watcher) without make a process in ticket . i already make (watch/ unwatch ) to my self only the question here is how can i define the (supervisor ) in my tickets to watch specific ticket or group of (super ...

thanks a lot crythias but the questions which my colleague asked me when i tried to explain hem OTRS (what is important of queue why they made it.....is not groups enough ... i respond to him the queues for filter & dispatch message in the same group queue maybe shared between two groups in each...

i want to ask about Unlock timeout procedure
i already made queue and i put the unlock timeout 10 minutes
but when i locked ticket by an agent after 10 minutes going no action (no unlock to ticket happened) & i went to unlock ticket by his self ..
