Is it possible to do the above? Our entire customer database, some several thousand entries is on an existing sql 2005db and not in AD at all.
I have had a quick look through how to's etc but either im missing it or it doesn't exist.
Obviously I wont be hand balling each entry into OTRS, so how do ...
