du musst den Installer auf der neuen VM nicht ausführen.
Du braucht nur eine leere utf8 Datenbank mit dem Namen der alten und einen leeren Ordner, wo der Restore hin soll.

Check your firewall, file permissions and your SELinux status.

Edit: Nevermind, just saw it in the title. It should be /otrs/installer.pl and not /otrs.installer.pl. Also check if /etc/httpd/conf.d/zzz_otrs.conf is correctly linked.

versuch doch mal den Google Chrome Browser zu benutzen, falls Du das Problem mit Firefox hast. Sollte an sich nichts mit OTRS zu tun haben.

Könnte ggf. an der CKEditor Version liegen, die bei der paste plain text Funktion Inkompatibilitätsprobleme mit einigen Browsern hat.

OTRS hat eine interne Funktion dafür. Wenn du auf fetchmail umsteigen willst, musst du es aber vollständig konfigurieren.
