Cambiar de propietario sirve para las funciones de locking y unlocking de tickets. Cuando yo soy el propietario del ticket, solamente yo puedo trabajar sobre el, impidiendo asi la duplicacion de trabajo o darle dos respuestas incorrectas a un solo usuario.

is there any way I could show the ticket owner on the dashlet? That would be awesome. Had a quick look at this - you can show the login id of the ticket owner very easily, by creating a custom AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl for your theme and then adding the following in the ContentLargeTicketGene...

Statistics for customers.

Hello guys, we have way too many customers in our company so we decided to enabled the statistics module for them. Is there any way I can do this? I want them to be able to get statistics only for their company. Thank you.

podrias revisar si el ticket fue escalado o no. Cuando el ticket se escala es porque no se cumplio con el SLA vendido al cliente.
