Hi there,
attached to this posting you'll find an archive which contains a simple script to setup complex OTRS-structures out of an utf-8 encoded CSV-File. In this table file you can define groups, queues (with all required information like, system-address, escalation-times, follow-up, assigned group etc.) and roles as well as their permissions on a certain group. Just have a look at the sample file.
This script works only in one direction that is creating/updating queues, groups or roles. It is not able to export this date out of an already configured OTRS - yet .
