Update OTRS 3.1.5 -> 3.3.4

Hallo Forum,

kurze Frage.
Kann ich von Version 3.1.5 direkt auf 3.3.4 updaten, oder muss ich einen Versionszwischenschritt einlegen?

Du musst erst auf die 3.2.<latest> updaten und dann auf die 3.3.<latest>

Geht das nicht mit den Skripten oder muss das wirklich physisch gemacht werden?

Frage war nur ob ich die Version 3.2.xx physisch installieren muss, oder ob in der 3.3.xx die passenden Update Skripte enthalten sind

Eben update from 3.1.xx -> 3.2.xx -> 3.3.xx

Ich lade ja die Source otrs-3.3.4-win-installer-3.0.4.exe direkt über den FTP, installiere und mache dann das Update per Skript + DB

Ok, dann starte ich mal mit der 3.2.(last) und mache dann den Schritt nach 3.3.xx

Irgendwelche Besonderheiten oder alles wie gehabt?

Folgende Schritte beim Update auf 3.2.xx

1. D:\>mysql -uroot otrs < otrs_dump.sql
OK!

2. mysql -uroot otrs < DBUpdate-to-3.2.mysql.sql
OK!
