Hallo,
leider bekommen wir von einem Kommunikationspartner jede Menge PDF in Anhängen von Mails mit falschem Mime-Type:
Content-Type: application/octet-stream;
name="xyz.pdf"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
filename="xyz.pdf"
Firefox und andere Browser bieten in dem Fall nur den Download an, nicht die Ansicht im internen oder externen PDF-Viewer. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit von OTRS aus, das Verhalten so zu steuern, dass OTRS in wenigstens in der Anzeige den Mime-Type entsprechend der Endung ".pdf" ändert?
Es gibt nämlich jede Menge kaputter MUA, die Pdf mit "application/octet-stream" senden.

ich habe das gleiche Problem und habe mir was gebastelt.

Zur Not könnte man auch ein kleines Event-Modul schreiben, dass bei PDF-Anhängen den Content-Type anpasst...
