Hi,
just upgraded from otrs 5 to 6. Now all ticket lists (especially new and open tickets) in the agents dashboard are ordered 'up' by default. I changed
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketStatusView###Order::Default to 'Down', deployed the changes but no success. What am I missing?

Just recognized: When the dashboard reloads automatically (after 2 minutes) the ordering is 'down'. Reloading the dashboard manually leads to 'up' again.

Hi,
The Sysconfig you mentioned is not related to the dashboards. It's for AgentTicketStatusView. You need to adjust the dashboard widgets one by one

Thanks a lot. Please give a short hint how to do that. I am not an experienced otrs admin. Is it something, any agent should do for himself? Is it system default?
