Der OTRS Daemon läuft nicht.

Hallo Zusammen,

jemand eine Idee woran es liegt, dass der OTRS Deamon wohl nicht korrekt läuft.

Der Prozess selbst läuft - die Anzeige im Znuny bleibt aber dennoch.

habe es mal gelöst bekommen.
Offensichtlich stimmt etwas mit den Berechtigungen nicht.

Ich habe dem User otrs zusätzlich die gruppe www-data zugewiesen.

Nach einem Neustart des Systems klappt nun alles.
