Hey guys,
we just updated from OTRS (very old) to znuny (ORTS 6.4.).
Now everything seems to be working just fine.
But, the following issue appears to only some of our users.
The toolbar icon "My Tickets: Unseen" (see fig: 1) does not appear, if these is for example a new e-mail in one of the tickets.
In the column "New Artikel" though, this ticket is marked with a yellow star (see fig: 2).
Can someone help me with this ?
