Hallo Community,
seit 2 Tagen startet unser OTRS nicht mehr. DIe Fehlermeldung auf der Webseite lautet: 500 internal server error.
Da dies vieles sein kann, haben wir uns durch diverse Foren gewühlt, aber nichts brauchbares gefunden.
Unsere Vermutung ist: Die Datenbank ist einfach voll gelaufen. Unser Problem: Wir können sie nicht vergrößern,
weil wir einfach nicht wissen wie.
Die Basis ist ein Debian System auf dem OTRS 5.0.3 läuft. Ja, es ist alt, hat aber seinen Dienst wunderbar getan.
SInd für jede Hilfe dankbar.

also was es genau ist steht in der Regel dann im Apache error_log.
Bzgl. "Die Datenbank ist einfach voll gelaufen" wäre ich zurückhaltend, ausser bei Oracle ist mir noch nichts untergekommen wo ein Tablespace nicht automatisch vergrössert wird.
Also erstmal die Ursache finden, vorher wird das nichts. Notfalls halt professionelle Hilfe suchen/buchen.
