Dear OTRS Community,
I'm looking for an option where you can manually subtract time unit on accounted time if entered incorrectly. Is there an option I can apply this setting on my company OTRS community version 6?
Thank you All!

What exactly do you mean? You can just create a new note and enter "-15" to substract 15 minutes from the total.
You just can't edit it afterwards, as "time" is associated with an article.

Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Dear RStraub,
Well noted. Thanks for the update. I didn't know you can just input "-15" on the note on the time unit and it will deduct the time on the ticket "accounted time" shown on the Ticket information widget.
Thank you!
