[itsm] HideIncident State,Deployment State in Config item

Post by masoodfarooq91 »

Hello there, In OTRS ITSM (CMDB) when creating a new custom class, there are some default attributes like Name, incident state, deployment state and file attachment. I now how to add other fileds via "Definition",,, But how can we disable Incident state and deployment state? I want to have a CMDB, in which i want only name and some other attributes, But i dont want Incident states and deployment states.......!! How to do that?
