Update 6.0.5 to 6.0.27

Hello everyone,

I am looking for related information but it is not clear to me in the official pages or in the forum how the update procedure is performed in OTRS.

I currently have version 6.0.5 and I want to upgrade to 6.0.27 but it is not clear to me if I can jump to that version without going through some other intermediate or not.

Also the procedure by rpm or by tar.gz is not clear to me for the SUSE operating system, it gives me errors in the script/DBUpgrade for example. Error dependencies, Moo.

I have the DB in Mysql on another server.

What would the correct procedure be like or where could I find information?

Thanks for the link jojo, I followed those instructions as I commented

All the update was successful, it should be noted that the script execution scripts/DBUpdate-to.. gave an error in the Moo module and I had to execute the following:

perl -MCPAN -e shell

install Crypt :: Random :: Source :: Weak :: devurandom
install Exporter :: Tiny
install Math :: Random :: ISAAC
install Math :: Random :: Secure
install Module :: Find
install Moo
install Type :: Tiny
install namespace :: clean

After all, the update was done correctly. When I have restarted the services and try to login, it gives me an error 500. However, it allows me to enter Name and Password, but when I log in, it gives an error 500.

Did you reinstall all 3rd party modules and AddOns?

I have done a clean update again following the manual step by step, including updating modules.
Now the failure that occurs is when I try to login, User and Password, it does nothing when I click on Login, or I give it to Enter. Is it a version bug?
