Hi all.
When I search a customer user, I reach the form AgentCustomerUserInformationCenter.
It is possible to add a button to create new ticket with this USer already assigned?

Instead of using the Customer User Information Center (AgentCustomerUserInformationCenter) you can use the Customer Information Center (AgentCustomerInformationCenter) and search for a customer user.
That form does have a widget which will let you create a ticket for the selected customer (CIC-CustomerUserList), the other one does not offer one (CUIC-CustomerIDList).
Don't ask me why.
