Hello Everyone !
I would like to create an automatic reply message when the ticket owner closes a customer-ticket, the system to send an email to the user inform him about the fuck
Owner closes the ticket --> Notification to client about ticket closed
In Auto Response Management I didnt find any option what can I use it. Only (follow up, reject,reject/new ticket) option.
Please guide me what can i do about it

Create a new ticket notification that is sent on TicketStateUpdate and a filter on the state (filter for all "closed" states).
