Create a new type of ticket creation type

Hi all.
In otrs I can see "New phone ticket" and "New email ticket".
Is it possibile to add a new type of creation, like "New shop ticket" to use when the user ask for support when is phisically in the shop?

You have multiple choice here

1. Use process OR

2. Check znuny open source repo addon for Znuny4OTRS-SecondTicketCreateScreen OR

3. Last option, make a copy of AgentTicketPhone configuration, module, template..
