Ticket closed - Customer can't open notes

Good morning,
I have this problem, when a ticket is closed the customer sees the list of ticket notes but is no longer able to open and read them:

Is there any setting to change so that the customer can view the notes even when the ticket is closed?

Hi,

This issue has been fixed in 7.0.10, you should update to the latest patch level.

I need to update for every minor release? (7.0.4 -> 7.0.5 -> 7.0.6 and so on up to 7.0.10)

If you are already on 7.0.x, straight away jump to latest patch release..
